The Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days prior to shipment.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Certain items may require extended processing timelines, which will be clearly noted on the product or checkout page.
During high-volume periods, including sales and promotional events, processing may take up to 10–15 business days. All sale purchases are final sale.
If any adjustments to processing timelines occur, we will communicate proactively to ensure clarity around your order status.
SHIPPING — DOMESTIC
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with available options presented at checkout.
Expedited shipping options are available to select locations at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and the selected carrier will provide the most up-to-date delivery information
While we work to meet all estimated timelines, delivery may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or routing issues.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us at info@hanifa.co. Our team will review the shipment and take the appropriate next steps, including initiating a carrier claim when necessary.
We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages outside of the carrier claim approval. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us to require a signature for the shipment.
SHIPPING — INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Delivery timelines vary based on destination, and available options are presented at checkout.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery.
We ensure all documentation is accurate to support a smooth customs process. If delays occur in transit, our team will assist in reviewing the shipment status and next steps where applicable.
