The Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. Some items may have longer processing times, which will be noted in the product description. Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time. Items purchased during sale periods are final sale and may require up to 10-15 business days to process before shipping. Processing times exclude holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING
Domestic Orders
All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Weather conditions, distance, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.Once you receive tracking information, contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) directly with any delivery concerns.
Express shipping is available for select orders only. To check eligibility, email info@hanifa.co before placing your order.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or lost, file a claim with the carrier before contacting us at info@hanifa.co. We require a claim number to assist with lost or delayed packages.
International Orders
International orders ship via UPS or DHL. Delivery times vary by destination country. While we work to minimize customs charges, international customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
PRE-ORDERS
Each pre-order item includes an estimated delivery date in the product description. Please review this information carefully before ordering. Pre-order items are not eligible for rush or express shipping.
Processing begins on the advertised release date and may take up to 3 business days. If the release date falls on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day. Hanifa reserves the right to adjust release dates with advance notice to customers.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. Pre-order items ship at standard shipping rates.
