Bridal FAQ

  • You will find the prices for our Ready To Wear gowns on our website at Hanifa.co.

  • Yes, you can use your Hanifa store credit or Affirm for your purchase.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a response to your inquiry.

  • Ready to wear orders should be placed at least 6 months ahead of your event. If you are in need of your order prior to this, please let us know so we can discuss options. Please note, if your order is eligible to be expedited, additional fees will apply. 

  • After submitting your inquiry, additional details will be provided via email within 5 business days.

  • Our Ready to Wear collection is available for pre-order and is expected to begin shipping by April 2024.


    Shipping and processing times for U.S. orders are 3-5 business days. After processing has completed, your order will ship.


    International shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Please also note, additional fees will apply for all international orders once it reaches its destination. For all gowns that are shipped, signature will be required upon delivery.

  • For all Ready to Wear items, you will select from the available sizes on our website. Individual measurements are not required. 

  • Fittings will take place at our Bridal Suite forMade-To-Ordergowns only. Please stay tuned for the launch of our in-person consultations. In the meantime you can contact our care team by emailing Bridal@hanifa.co.

  • Customization requests are not being accepted at this time.

  • Ready to Wear looks can be returned for store credit only. You can also find our Refund Policy here.

  • Ready to Wear gowns will only be offered in the sizes available on our website. For gowns larger than a size 24, this will be considered a Made to Wear item.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. You can visit our returns page here.
