Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible items and locations. Please note that all orders are subject to standard processing timelines prior to shipment. Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Delivery timelines vary by destination, and duties and taxes are collected upon delivery.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t have my package. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery location first. If you’re still unable to locate it, please contact us at info@hanifa.co. Our team will review the shipment and initiate a carrier claim as needed. We’ll guide you through the next steps once the review is complete.
My order is delayed—what does this mean?
If your order has not shipped, it may still be within our processing window. During high-volume periods, processing can take up to 10–15 business days. If your order has already shipped, delays may be due to carrier routing or external factors. If your tracking has not updated or your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will review the shipment status with you.

Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

How do I start a return?
All returns must be submitted through our online returns portal HERE. Once approved, you will receive next steps via email. If your item was damaged upon receipt, please email us at info@hanifa.co.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once your return is delivered and inspected, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive your store credit via email once completed.
Are sale items eligible for return?
All sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return.
I’m in between sizes, which size should I choose?
We recommend reviewing the size guide, and product details available on each product page. If you need additional support, our team can provide guidance via email at info@hanifa.co.
Can I cancel my order?

I made a mistake with my order — what should I do?
Please contact us at info@hanifa.co as soon as possible. Because of our fast processing times, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they've been placed, but our team will do their best to advise you on next steps and the appropriate return process if eligible.
