To ensure accuracy and timely resolution, all support is managed through our official email and customer service channels.


PAYMENTS & BILLING

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity:

- Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

- Orders with a value of $300 or more may require additional verification. If verification cannot be completed, the order will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.


PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are produced and shipped based on the timeline provided before purchase. We recommend reviewing this information carefully prior to purchase.

- Processing begins on the stated release date.

- Orders may take up to 10 business days to process once released.

- If the release date falls on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin the following business day.

- Pre-order items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship once all items are available. 

If there are any updates to the expected release timeline, we will communicate directly with you via email.
