Refund policy
Effective May 12, 2026
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- All eligible items may be returned for store credit only
- Returns must be submitted through our online returns portal to be processed
- Once approved, a return label will be issued via email with return instructions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the issued store credit
- Once the return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your store credit
- For international returns from the following countries, please submit your return through our returns portal: Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Andorra, Monaco

ELIGIBILITY
To be accepted, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition with the tag still attached
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these standards may be denied, or processed with an additional fee deducted from store credit.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be processed within 30 days of delivery.
- Items eligible for a return can be processed as an exchange through our online returns portal
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.
- Once the return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your exchange.
- The exchange invoice must be paid, and the return item received before the exchange item will be sent.
Exchanges that do not meet the eligibility standards may be denied, or result in the exchange item being canceled and fees refunded.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale items
- Sample Sale items
- Hanifa Friday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End-of-Year Sale items
- Swimwear and intimate pieces
- Any item listed as Final Sale on the product page
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, or a wrong item was shipped, we will make this right.
Please contact us at info@hanifa.co with a photo of the item within 14 days of delivery. Once reviewed:
- A prepaid return label will be provided
- A resolution will be issued promptly (replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable)
REFUNDS
While our standard policy is store credit only, refunds to the original form of payment may be issued in specific situations, including:
- Verified defective items without replacement availability
- Order cancellations processed prior to shipment
- Operational errors identified on our end
If a refund is approved:
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution
A refund will not be issued for regular return requests.
